Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, USA, Marnee Simon has established a long and well-rounded career in beauty. Graduating from Penn State University with a degree in Speech and Marketing, and an Art minor, Marnee took the salon industry by storm with her brands, "Lash Cosmetics" and "Basha Beaute". Servicing the general public, coupled with her philanthropic work with oncology patients, Marnee perfected her custom blending techniques for all ages, skin tones and types. Her informative speaking, along with knowledge of cosmetics, has led to sought after lectures in hospitals, universities, and appearances on national television media.

Marnee has developed an established portfolio, encompassing photography, video and film. Marnee's work has been published internationally in Vogue, Elle, Instyle NY Times "T" Magazine, Discover, Blink , Fashion Journal, and numerous others. Clients include moguls like NBC, MTV, Swarovski, Pandora Jewelry, Glaxo SmithKline, Comcast, and Advertising Agencies such as McCann Erickson, WYSE, Red Tettemer, and BBDO, whose creative director recently named Marnee, "The quintessential professional of her craft".

In 2014, Marnee launched the Simon Group Stylists, a Hair and Make Up Stylist Agency based in her home town of Philadelphia, but servicing the globe in photo and video advertising, print editorial, runway and events.
